Transport and returns

TRANSPORT Delivery is done through the following courier companies: DPD, GLS, or DHL. The products are insured during transportation, and the insurance cost is included in the total transportation cost. Delivery times vary between 1 and 5 business days.

RETURNING PRODUCTS How to return a product: You send us a return request via email or using the website's functions if you are a registered customer. The return request must contain: Order number, Pickup address for the products, Method of completing the return (product exchange or money refund). If you choose a money refund, you will need to provide us with the IBAN account details for the reimbursement.

The maximum deadline for requesting a return is 30 days from the date of product delivery.
