Using the single-use cold pack is easy: after pressing the button in the middle of the pack, an instant cooling process takes place, producing a cold temperature of -4°C. At this moment, you just need to place the single-use ice pack on the affected area to feel sudden relief. Keep the following advice in mind:

• Limit exposure to the ice pack to a maximum of 15 minutes to prevent frostbite.
• Before using the single-use ice pack, make sure the treatment area has been cleaned.
• Remember that the instant cold pack is single-use, so you can use it only once.
