Properties:

Hot Application: It is ideal for rheumatism, stiff neck, back pain, menstrual pain, hypothermia, and whenever a warm compress is needed.

Cold Application: It is ideal for bruises, sprains, various injuries.

It is pliable, retains temperature for an extended period, and does not solidify at very low temperatures.

Instructions for Cold Use:

Place the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

Remove from the freezer, wrap it in a towel, and apply it to the affected area.

Instructions for Hot Use:

Submerge the gel pack in boiling water for a maximum of 5 minutes.

Remove it, wipe it dry, wrap it in a towel, and apply it to the affected area.

Instructions for Microwave Oven:

Place the gel pack in the microwave oven for a maximum of 1 minute at 650 W.

Remove it, wrap it in a towel, and apply it to the affected area.
